Justin began his career in the swimming pool industry in 1993 in Arizona, working with some of the largest and most respected names in the business. Over the years, he has gained hands-on experience in nearly every aspect of the trade—starting as a cleaning technician and repair technician, then moving into roles as construction superintendent, service manager, and construction manager. This well-rounded background has equipped him with the expertise to successfully manage any swimming pool project, from simple repairs to large-scale builds.
Throughout his career, Justin estimates he has worked on more than 20,000 pools. With over a decade of experience serving the Denver Metro area, he brings extensive knowledge of both residential and commercial pool projects—delivering the craftsmanship, service, and leadership that RidgeLine Pools & Spas is known for.
Robert has spent the past 14 years building his career in the pool industry, serving as service manager for two of the largest pool companies in Colorado. His leadership experience and hands-on knowledge have given him a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional service and long-term pool care.
